I'm a Mormon mom of 6 kids and married to my best friend. We recently relocated from the suburbs of Denver to the woods of Virginia. I love and teach hatha yoga, make art and messes, and learn with my kids at home. This is my space to document my days and share my thoughts. I hope you enjoy your stay. bread
Making bread. Grinding wheat into flour. Counting to 920. 70 always comes after 69! 90 always follows 89! Hands in sticky dough. The rhythm of kneading, folding, pushing. Feeling alive.
Nourishing in so many ways.

Ian is looking so grown up! I can smell your fresh bread. yum.
What fun! To get messy and then to get to enjoy it too! Yayy!
So I taught Anna how to load the washing machine, it’s wild to see her so excited about a chore that most women loathe…thanks for the tip!
