a pumpkin post

A family of 8 needs a lot of Jack-o-Lanterns this time of year.  I made the suggestion that we get just 2 or 3 pumpkins and carve them in teams, but I guess the precedent has been set and each person MUST have their own pumpkin.

That’s a lot of guts…

and a lot of work– but traditions are so fun for everyone.

that's a big family! 8 Jack-o-lanterns do make a much more impressive display than 2 anyway.

  1. We only got one carved this year, with the other two having drawn faces. And then after two days on the porch they were covered in mold. I guess that is what happens in a tropical climate. :/

  2. Love them… each so unique of course. Tell Logan I LOVE his white pumpkin, that is cool!

We witnessed a lot of guts at Poole’s in Blackfoot while we were there a couple of weeks ago to see Savanna. They carved pumpkins with all 6 grandkids. Memories are good to make and they are always work.

  3. Hope to see some spooky pictures too. Did you see Tyler and Katie as Batman and Robin on her Facebook post? The boys are Transformers – Bumblebee & Optimus Prime. Tiffany posted her kids too, but she should have had Jaxon lift his arms, he has cool wings.
